Eligibility Criteria

Must be employed in a recognized wellness-related industry, including but not limited to:
- Healthcare
- Pharmaceuticals
- Fitness and physical training
- Alternative or holistic care
- Mental health services and counseling
- Healthy food and lifestyle services
- Spa and relaxation services
Must be able to provide proof of current employment upon request at any time during the treatment period (e.g., a recent pay stub or a signed letter from Human Resources).
Eligibility and interpretation of “wellness industry” are subject to sole discretion of Asana Ortho.

Terms and Conditions

This courtesy is non-transferable, except for a one-time transfer to an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling).
May not be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or courtesy programs offered by Asana Ortho.
