Eligibility Criteria

• Must be employed in a recognized wellness-related industry, including but not limited to:
  • Healthcare
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Fitness and physical training
  • Alternative or holistic care
  • Mental health services and counseling
  • Healthy food and lifestyle services
  • Spa and relaxation services
• Must be able to provide proof of current employment upon request at any time during the treatment period (e.g., a recent pay stub or a signed letter from Human Resources).
• Eligibility and interpretation of “wellness industry” are subject to sole discretion of Asana Ortho.

Terms and Conditions

1. This courtesy is non-transferable, except for a one-time transfer to an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling).
2. May not be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or courtesy programs offered by Asana Ortho.
3. Asana Ortho reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
4. Participation in this program does not constitute an obligation on the part of Asana Ortho to continue services or maintain benefits beyond the current term.
5. All determinations regarding eligibility, benefit application, and program rules are made exclusively by Asana Ortho, and such decisions shall be final and binding
