What is a Palatal Expander?
A palatal expander is an orthodontic device that gently widens the upper jaw to create space for crowded teeth, correct crossbites, and support healthy facial development.

Types of Expanders We Offer:

Traditional Expanders: Custom-made appliances for children and teens to guide jaw growth.

Invisalign Palatal Expander: A clear, removable option for eligible patients who want discreet treatment.

MARPE (Miniscrew-Assisted Rapid Palatal Expander):
Specifically designed for adults, MARPE uses tiny, biocompatible screws (called TADs—Temporary Anchorage Devices) placed gently in the palate to anchor the expander.

TADs are small, temporary supports that help move your jaw safely and comfortably—they’re about the size of a pin and are removed easily after treatment
