Welcome to Asana Smile Scouts, an exclusive and exciting program designed by Dr. Nourah Kader for our younger patients aged 6-13 who are in our observation program! This isn’t just about waiting for braces/Invisalign; it’s about nurturing healthy habits, learning about their growing smiles, and earning fantastic rewards along the way!

Who Can Join the Asana Smile Scouts?
- Our Smile Scouts program is for children who:
- Are between the ages of 6 and 13.
- Have been recommended by Dr. Nourah Kader to enter our observation program.
How to Enroll Your Child
- It’s easy to start your child’s Smile Scout adventure!
- Doctor’s Recommendation: Dr. Nourah will let you know if your child is eligible to join during their visit.
- Online Enrollment: Parents can then easily enroll their children into the Asana Smile Scouts program by engaging with any Asana Ortho team member
- Welcome Aboard! You’ll receive a warm welcome email with all the details about the program and what to expect.
Your Child’s Smile Scout Journey: What to Expect
At Each Appointment:
- Observation Check-in: Your child will complete their scheduled observation appointment with our clinical team.
- Game Time! Before leaving, your child will be reminded to visit our front desk and “ask for the Smile Scout game!”
- Challenge Unlocked! Our friendly Smile Concierge will bring out a special board game with dice and cards. Depending on the number your child rolls (from 2 to 12), they’ll unlock a unique and exciting challenge!
Between Appointments:
- Mission Complete! Your child will complete their assigned challenge outside the clinic. These are fun, simple activities designed to promote oral health and healthy habits.
- Share the Fun! We ask parents to capture your child completing their challenge with a video or picture.
- Show & Tell: Upload the video/picture to your social media (Instagram) and be sure to tag @AsanaOrtho so we can celebrate their achievement!
Graduation Day: Celebrating Their Success!
- The ultimate goal of the Observation Program is to prepare your child’s smile for future treatment. When Dr. Nourah determines your child is ready to begin active orthodontic treatment, they will finally graduate from the Asana Smile Scouts program!
- Only patients who have successfully completed ALL challenges will be eligible for these amazing graduation perks:
- Special Graduation Dice: Your child will get to roll special graduation dice and unlock one of 11 fantastic gifts (corresponding to rolls 2-12)!
- Dream Raffle Entry: They’ll also earn an entry into an exclusive raffle for a chance to win tickets to a Disney Cruise! Imagine the magic!

Welcome, Smile Scout! Each visit to Asana Ortho brings a new mission to earn your stripes! Roll the dice and unlock your next adventure. Remember to complete your challenge, take a picture/video, and have your parent upload it to Instagram tagging @AsanaOrtho!
Remember, complete ALL challenges to graduate from the Asana Smile Scouts and unlock special graduation gifts and a chance to win tickets to a Disney Cruise! Good luck, Smile Scout!
🎲 Your Challenge Unlocked by Dice Roll!
Roll a 2: “Night-Time Brush-Up!” 🌙
- Your Mission: Record a quick 15-second video showing your best night-time tooth-brushing technique before bed! Let’s see those sparkling clean teeth ready for sleep!
- Why it Matters: Brushing before bed is super important to keep your smile healthy all night long!
Roll a 3: “Green Thumb Smile Scout!” 🌱
- Your Mission: Plant a small seed (like a bean, sunflower, or herb seed!) in a pot and take a picture of yourself doing it. You can even show us your tiny plant once it starts to sprout!
- Why it Matters: Just like a tiny seed grows into something amazing with care, your smile is growing and becoming amazing with our care!
Roll a 4: “Hydration Hero!” 💧
- Your Mission: Take a picture of yourself drinking a glass of water instead of a sugary drink. Show us your favorite healthy cup!
- Why it Matters: Water is your smile’s best friend – it washes away sugar!
Roll a 5: “Floss Boss Challenge!” 💪
- Your Mission: Ask a grown-up to snap a picture of you flossing between your teeth. Show us how you get those hidden food bits out!
- Why it Matters: Flossing cleans where your toothbrush can’t reach, keeping gums healthy!
Roll a 6: “Asana Ortho Balance!” 🧘♀️
- Your Mission: Strike your favorite fun yoga pose or any balance pose (like standing on one foot!). Take a picture and show us your inner calm and balance!
- Why it Matters: Just like your body, your smile journey needs balance and focus!
Roll a 7: “Healthy Snack Detective!” 🍎
- Your Mission: Go on a scavenger hunt in your kitchen and find 3 healthy snacks that are great for your teeth. Take a picture with your healthy finds!
- Why it Matters: Smart snack choices help protect your smile!
Roll a 8: “Future Smile Designer!” 🦷
- Your Mission: Ask a grown-up to help you learn one amazing fact about braces or orthodontic treatment. Share what you discovered with us! (Example: “Did you know braces have been around for over 300 years?”).
- Why it Matters: Learning about your smile helps you understand its superpowers!
Roll a 9: “My Healthy Smile Pledge!” 🤝
- Your Mission: Create a short pledge (you can write it or draw a picture) about how you promise to take great care of your smile! Take a picture holding or showing your pledge.
- Why it Matters: Making a promise helps you remember to keep your smile healthy and strong!
Roll a 10: “Active Smile!” 🤸♀️
- Your Mission: Take a picture of yourself doing your favorite fitness activity or playing a sport. Show us your active, healthy smile while you move!
- Why it Matters: A strong, healthy body helps build a strong, healthy smile!
Roll a 11: “Pet-Friendly Pal!” 🐾
- Your Mission: If you have a pet, take a picture of yourself smiling next to your furry (or scaly, or feathery!) friend! If not, take a picture with your favorite stuffed animal!
- Why it Matters: Sharing smiles with those we love (two-legged or four-legged!) makes everyone happy!
Roll a 12: “My Future Smile Vision!” ✨
- Your Mission: Draw a picture or write a few sentences about what you imagine your super healthy, confident smile will look like when your treatment is complete!
- Why it Matters: Having a vision for your amazing future smile helps you stay excited about your journey!
