• A palatal expander is an orthodontic device that gently widens the upper jaw to create space for crowded teeth, correct crossbites, and support healthy facial development. 

Types of Expanders We Offer: 

• Traditional Expanders: Custom-made appliances for children and teens to guide jaw growth. 

• Invisalign Palatal Expander: A clear, removable option for eligible patients who want discreet treatment. 

• MARPE (Miniscrew-Assisted Rapid Palatal Expander): 
  Specifically designed for adults, MARPE uses tiny, biocompatible screws (called TADs—Temporary Anchorage Devices) placed gently in the palate to anchor the expander. 

• TADs are small, temporary supports that help move your jaw safely and comfortably—they’re about the size of a pin and are removed easily after treatment
